A morning person A patient person A very good son and A best friend of someone. Less afraid of rejection More control of emotion Less afraid of the Sun More control of my stunts. The air of your garden That unnoticed and important Like oxygen in your lungs The waves of your ocean Always with you, turning you on. Soothing but also having turbulent fun. The golden of your horizon A precious moment Like dusk and dawn Always an unrepeatable repetition.

Speak it and claim it! I think it’s cool you want to be a morning person. There’s just something about waking up and smiling that will put the day on the right track! 🌞

Yes, I agree! Everyone in my family is an early bird except me. They call me a vampire haha 😅

Yeah, I need ALOT of coffee before I’m a morning person. But, I try to get there by 10am, 😆

Haha too relatable! I also get there by 10 am.

It will be wonderful to see and hear you, Jay!
I’m laughing at the exchange between you and Tricia. I don’t think you can make yourself be a morning person. I’ve ALWAYS been one (usually up at 5 AM these days, without an alarm).

It’ll be nice to see you and the orhers too, Merril!
Hehe, I hope to wake up between 6:30 and 7:00 am everyday. Your routine is godly, I can’t even remember the last time I woke up THAT early and I know I’ve never woken up before 7 am without an alarm😂 more power to you🔥

I do love the early morning, but of course the downside is I can’t stay up late. I’m usually sound asleep by 9:30. 😂

This is such a heart-stirring write, Mrityunjay! I especially admire this part; “The air of your garden/
That unnoticed and important/Like oxygen in your lungs.” Yes! Waiting eagerly to hear you read this on Saturday’s LIVE session! ❤️❤️

This will be wonderful to hear tomorrow morning! I especially like the final stanza! Most especially the last two lines. I’m reminded of the many dawns and sunsets I’ve witnessed when we stay our annual two weeks in Provincetown, on the very tip end of Cape Cod. Standing on our deck, oceanside, when I look left I can see the dawn; and when I look right, I can see the sunset. And although I always know they are coming, that repetition you mention, they are never ever the same! “Always unrepeatable repetition.” 🙂

I so enjoyed your reading, Jay, and your list of good intentions, being patient and a very good son. I am a morning person, and it is a great time to be up and about, when the day is fresh and new. I think we’ve all been afraid of rejection at one time or another – it’s a matter of loving yourself rather than waiting for people to love you. My favourite lines:
‘The waves of your ocean
Always with you, turning you on.
Soothing but also having turbulent fun.’

I am so glad I could hear you read this… being a person myself I sometimes wonder if it makes me a mourning person.
